This page is for customers paying from outside the EU and US. We have a number of payment methods set up to handle easy payments from across the EU. Some are associated with fees while others may even give you a discount.
If you are paying from outside the EU or the US, chances are we do not handle your specific currency. Therefore, your choice of currency on our webshop should depend on which payment method suits you best.
Accepted payment methods are:
Credit card payments are processed by Worldline Six and Przelewy24. To pay by card, please click the Przelewy24 payment option to proceed to the payment gateway. Paying by card is not associated with any additional fees. Please note that only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Bank transfer payments are accepted in Euro, British Pounds and US Dollars. Using this payment method will result in a 2% discount being added to your order total.
Choosing bank transfer will require you to log into your bank account and complete the transaction manually by entering our bank details which will be sent to you by email automatically. International bank wire payments may incur a high transfer fee with your bank. You may want to use a transfer facilitating company such as TransferWise or CurrencyFair if you would like to avoid these costs and make use of the discount we offer.
To use this payment method, please select bank wire upon checkout. Payment details are sent automatically in an email alongside order confirmation. This email contains all account numbers that we use with clear instructions on which account and details to use depending on where you are sending the payment from and what currency you are using. If you do not receive this email please check your spam folder.
You can pay using your PayPal account or a credit card accepted by PayPal (including AmEx).
Payments are accepted in British Pound, Euro, Polish Zloty and US Dollar.
Please note that this payment method may incur very high transfer fees which are displayed once you have selected your desired shipping option and accepted our terms and conditions. Up until January 2019 these fees were included within the price of each product on our webshop. We have since separated the two: all prices have been dropped by 9% permanently but you will now be charged for using PayPal.
The fee is 5% and is probably higher than fees you may have encountered on other websites using PayPal (usually 4%). It consists of a 3% transfer fee, 1% exchange rate fee and sales tax (23%). The exchange rate fee is usually not present in other shops and is what makes this payment method more expensive. To clarify, Poland uses it's own currency - the Polish Zloty. We appreciate it is much easier to shop in Euro so for your convenience a couple of major currencies are available at our shop. However, when we withdraw your payment (in Euro, Pounds, Dollars) from PayPal, the platform will automatically convert into Zloty and charge 3% for the service.
